Community Health Education Forums

LP has established linkages with community Based organizations, pharmaceutical companies and hospitals to facilitate their Community Health Education Forums. This consists of providing the most current or updated educational information to consumers in Queens, the Bronx and Brooklyn. To date topics have consisted of the following issues:

• Hepatitis 101

•  Men’s Health and Medication updates

• Fathers Day – Healthy Men

• HIV/AIDS 101

• Disaster Prepardenss 

• Housing assistance for persons in recovery

• Art therapy

• Recovery Coaching
